Job Description Join an incredibly talented group of people working with the prime directive of “Keeping Our Heroes Connected.” As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to execute full‑cycle recruiting efforts across technical, engineering, and executive leadership pipelines. You will serve as a trusted talent advisor, partnering with engineering directors, sales executives, and cross‑functional hiring managers. The role reports to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and is based at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in West Los Angeles, CA, on a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days onsite per week). Role and Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including applications review, sourcing, interview coordination, and closing of technical, niche business, and executive level positions. While maintaining a high quality of hires, successfully manage 15+ active requisitions. Provide supervision and mentorship for Talent Acquisition Specialists recruiting technical roles. Partner with executive leadership and supervisors to understand hiring needs, craft engaging job descriptions, and create efficient recruitment strategies. Build and maintain headhunting strategies for passive, top‑tier leadership and executive talent in competitive industries. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process. Utilize applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse/Workday) to extract KPIs, deliver market and compensation intelligence, and compile competitor insights for leadership decision‑making. Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to continuously improve team operations and optimize software workflows. Represent Silvus at industry events, build relationships with university engineering programs, and evangelize the Silvus technical mission. Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS systems and collaborate with Human Resources on offers, onboarding, and market/compensation analysis. Provide updates and reporting on hiring activity and participate in interview training and process improvement projects. Occasionally travel to campus career fairs or other recruitment activities. Perform other related duties as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 8 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, or a High School Diploma with 12 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience. Recruiting experience focused on defense, aerospace, electronics manufacturing, communications, or networking technology, or a closely related technical industry. Minimum 2 years recruiting support for engineering disciplines directly applicable to Silvus’ technical teams (hardware, electrical, mechanical, RF engineering, wireless communications, embedded software, FPGA, systems engineering). Strong experience with data‑driven sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Boolean/X‑ray). Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever). Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to federal contract requirements. Employment contingent upon successful background check and drug test clearance. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience supporting a high‑growth company. Thrives in a fast‑paced, frequently changing environment with a sense of urgency. Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data‑driven decision‑making. Demonstrated experience managing multiple funnels, functions, and candidate levels while tracking progress throughout the recruitment process. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Office environment; extended periods of sitting; campus recruiting and career fairs may involve up to 20 lbs. of lifting. Occasional travel required (10–25%). Compensation Base salary range: $130,000 – $160,000 per annum.
