Launch Specialist (Part time- NYC & San Francisco, CA)

Our customer is seeking a Launch Specialist on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% Onsite at San Franscisco, CA & NYC. Responsibilities Based in SF/Peninsula, and willing to travel within their respective cities daily to a different location You believe the best way to learn about how to optimize a process is to first hack it together yourself Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently in a fast-paced environment and being comfortable with executing with limited guidance Coachable on Technology and Data Ability to use communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets in addition to internal systems at Client Expert in the Meal Manager platform Ability to learn, communicate, and troubleshoot basic issues clients have with the platform (how to set up their account, place orders, setup backup carts etc.). Ability to operate at the lowest level of detail with excellent accuracy and productivity Excellent Communication and Time-Management Skills Ability to effectively articulate issues, understand problems and implement solutions while managing multiple projects Passionate about people management and building relationships that have a strong foundation on empathy and emotional intelligence Prior experience in Operations Management, Support, Customer Interviews, and Sales preferably in the hospitality industry Important Note- Part-time role Hours-15 hours per week We offer a competitive salary range for this position.
