This opportunity is idealfor a clinician who enjoys helping patients improve mobility, strength,balance, safety, function, and independence through individualized,evidence-based care. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on functional goals. Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercise, mobility, balance, gait, and functional training. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on safety and home programs. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, nursing, rehabilitation professionals, and the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active CA Physical Therapist license in good standing, or eligibility for licensures. Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the employer. Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. Experience in the applicable setting preferred; qualified clinicians at varying experience levels are encouraged to apply. Why Consider This Opportunity?
