At Gene & Georgetti, we believe genuine hospitality is the foundation of an exceptional dining experience. We are seeking professional, service-driven Servers who are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a comfortably sophisticated restaurant environment.

Position Summary
Our Servers provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service that exceeds guest expectations. From guiding guests through our menus to offering thoughtful food and beverage recommendations, you play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences that inspire our guests to return.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver warm, genuine hospitality to every guest
Guide guests through food and beverage menus with confidence and expertise
Provide tailored food and beverage recommendations
Accurately take and enter guest orders
Maintain attentive, detail-oriented service throughout the dining experience
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
Support team members to ensure seamless service

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of serving experience , preferably in an upscale or fine-dining environment
Valid Food Handler Certification
Valid BASSET Certification (Illinois alcohol service certification)
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
