This is a full‑time position. Key Responsibilities Construct and maintain safety handrails and hole protection, steps and gang ladders, temporary weather enclosures and protection. Saw, strip, nail, measure, drill, and other duties assigned by supervisor. Experience working with concrete is a huge plus. Qualifications Possess 5 years of construction experience. Must be able to read basic drawings. Have training on construction safety protocols (OSHA 10, fall protection, mobile elevated platforms). Must demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, and use critical thinking to solve issues. Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, able to stand or walk for long periods, use fingers, hands, and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects. Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and have adequate vision and hearing. Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing 50‑100 lbs. 75% of the time. Preferred Work in an OSHA‑compliant safety environment. Work outside. Work overtime and weekend hours. Punctuality and promptness required every day.
