Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Physician Assistant in hematology and oncology for an outpatient clinic setting in Potsdam, New York. This role involves managing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy for a patient volume of 18-20 daily, with infrequent inpatient consults. Providers will work within a collaborative team supporting a growing oncology program, utilizing Epic EHR with AI charting support.

Clinical Scope

• Outpatient clinic with some inpatient consults
• Administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy
• Management of outpatient oncology patients with occasional inpatient care as needed
• Documentation within Epic EHR system with AI charting tools
• Provider duties include outpatient treatment and inpatient consults when necessary

This outpatient clinic supports a growing oncology program with a team comprising one MD, one NP, and support staff including three CNA/CMA. Requirements

• Active New York license
• DEA registration in New York
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physician Assistant
• Epic EHR experience with AI charting support
• No work gaps exceeding 30 days in recent history
