Outside Sales Consultant

We are a Maui-based equipment rental company seeking motivated, self-driven Sales Associates to grow our client base across the island. This is an independent contractor (1099) position offering unlimited earning potential through a competitive commission structure. You set your own schedule and work as your own boss — your income is limited only by your hustle. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and community connections Present and promote our equipment rental offerings to residential, commercial, and event clients Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals Manage your own pipeline and follow up consistently to close deals Coordinate with our operations team to ensure accurate order details and smooth customer handoffs Stay current on our inventory, pricing, and any seasonal promotions Provide outstanding customer service throughout the rental process Qualifications Self-motivated and results-driven — you thrive working independently Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly Familiarity with Maui's local communities, businesses, and events landscape is a plus Reliable, professional, and honest in all client interactions Comfortable with basic phone, email, and/or text-based communication tools All experience levels welcome — sales training and product knowledge will be provided #J-18808-Ljbffr Service Rentals and Supplies LLC.
