Surgical Tech Trainee — Hands-on Training & Growth

Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA, invites applications for a Surgical Tech Trainee in the Surgical Services team. This hands-on training role prepares you for a career as a Surgical Tech, with supervision and no prior medical background required. You will scrub-in for surgeries, work closely with the Surgical Team, and learn to check supplies, inventory instruments, and pass instruments to the Surgeon during procedures.
