Luxury Client Experience Events Lead

This role develops a strategic calendar of luxury events, exclusive experiences, and client engagement initiatives that reflect the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence. Working cross-functionally with Retail, Client Development, Marketing, Merchandising, and external partners, the Client Experience Events Manager delivers flawless execution of high-touch, detail-oriented events while ensuring that every client interaction embodies elevated hospitality and personalized service. This individual inspires confidence through meticulous planning, anticipates client needs before they arise, and fosters collaborative partnerships across the organization. Qualifications And Experience Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field 5-8+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, experiential marketing, client engagement, or event management Experience planning high-touch luxury events for premium clientele. Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and relationship management. Ability to work onsite at the corporate headquarters in Sunrise, Florida Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Travel may be required for regional and international events Ability to lift event materials and remain on-site during event setup and execution Experience managing complex, multi-market event programs simultaneously Experience within luxury retail, jewelry, watches, fashion, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands Experience with event management software (Splash or equivalent), CRM/clienteling platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation software. Experience preparing executive presentations, production documents, and post-event reporting Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and cross-functional leadership Experience supporting executive leadership and high-profile clientele.
