Forklift Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Forklift Operator supporting material movement in a fast-paced, clean food production environment
• This role is critical to ensuring the efficient flow of ingredients and finished goods while maintaining strict safety and food quality standards
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials
• Transport materials between production, storage, and shipping/receiving areas
• Perform pre-operation equipment checks and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and support production and warehouse operations as needed

Forklift Operator Qualifications:

• Good with cold temperatures- work takes place in a clean food production facility maintained at approximately 45 degrees Fahrenheit
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of 8-10 hours during the shift
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally with assistance
• Experience of at least 1 year operating stand-up forklifts is required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
