Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or related field

3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting

Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills

Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly re-forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Build and maintain advanced financial models for scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Perform detailed variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast with actionable insights
• Prepare financial reports, KPIs, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align assumptions and improve forecast accuracy
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and support business performance improvements
• Accounting & Treasury Support Prepare and post month-end journal entries and maintain supporting documentation
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure data accuracy
• Support daily cash operations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions as needed
• Financial Reporting Oversee consolidated reporting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Analyze financial performance across regions and subsidiaries, including international operations
• Deliver executive-level reporting packages with key trends and insights
• Process Improvement & Ad-Hoc Analysis Support special projects, business cases, and strategic initiatives
• Identify and implement improvements to FP&A processes, tools, and reporting efficiency
• Enhance automation and streamline financial analysis workflows
