What You'll Do As a Preschool Teaching Assistant , you'll help create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom where children can learn, grow, and build the skills they need for kindergarten success. In this role, you will: Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Assist with classroom activities, behavior support, and daily operations. Partner with families through communication, conferences, and home visits. Promote children's health, safety, and overall well-being. Collaborate with teachers and staff to support school readiness goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Requirements What we will love about you: Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, or a valid CDA credential. Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation. Ability to complete TS GOLD Inter-rater Reliability certification within one year of hire and maintain certification as required. Most importantly, you're passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and succeed.
