Regional Registered Nurse Consultant
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Monitor and improve clinical practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Conduct on-site visits to skilled nursing facilities, providing guidance and support to nurses and other healthcare professionals
Develop and implement education programs and materials to enhance knowledge and skills of healthcare staff
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and evidence-based practices, incorporating this knowledge into daily operations
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar nursing role, with a focus on clinical operations and staff development
Strong communication and leadership skills , with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Ability to travel throughout the region, with occasional overnight stays
Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence
