Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position involves working in a dynamic 28-bed emergency department, which includes 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms. Candidates should be prepared for rapid patient turnover and a variety of clinical situations.

Shift Information

• Schedule: Nights - 3-12 hour shifts (36 hours weekly) following the first week of orientation
• Holiday Coverage Required: Yes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting
• Hawaii RN License required by the start of the assignment
• Certifications Required:
  • ACLS
  • BLS/BCLS
  • PALS
