Position Overview

Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in a hospital-based medical/surgical setting.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate treatment and discharge planning.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers regarding care goals and treatment plans.

Prioritize and organize patient care activities while adapting to changing clinical needs.

Identify potential patient safety risks related to diagnoses, medications, procedures, and age-specific considerations.

Delegate appropriate patient care activities to support team members.

Maintain professional accountability through ongoing education, competency development, and adherence to clinical standards.

Qualifications Required

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Minimum 6 months of RN acute care experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Shift: Days (Shift 1)

Hours: 6:45 AM 7:15 PM

Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
