In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for our customers, processing orders, answering questions, resolving concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Process customer orders, returns, and order changes accurately and efficiently. Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, shipping information, and account questions. Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with the appropriate internal departments. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems. Answer and route incoming calls and provide switchboard coverage as needed. Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the Customer Service team. Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in an office, manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience using Salesforce CRM or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Professional, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
