Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Telemetry

Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts

$31.00 – $47.00/hour + Benefits

• Tele capability on ALL beds (strong clinical exposure)

• Manageable ratios: 1:5 days | 1:6 nights

• 24/7 support: Hospitalist, Respiratory, Pharmacy

• Strong support staff: Tele techs, Charge RN, HUCs, PCTs

• 36-hour guarantee with limited cancellations

• 24-bed Med Surg unit with full telemetry capability

• Patient population: Adult + limited Peds (Peds assigned to perm staff unless PALS certified)

• Exposure to higher acuity patients including ICU overflow

• Provide high-quality care to Med Surg and Telemetry patients

• Perform comprehensive assessments and medication administration

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and neuro status

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Float to other Med Surg units and ICU (Med Surg-level patients only)

• Active RN license (AZ or Compact)

• 2+ years of Med Surg / Tele experience

• Strong cardiac and neuro skills

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

• PALS certification (not required)

• Experience with Sunrise Allscripts EMR

• Shifts: 12-hour (days or nights available)

• No IV team – must be comfortable starting IVs

• Scrubs: Any color except all black
