$80,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination and execution of property listings, ensuring each one is presented with precision and flair.
• Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks, allowing our team to focus on client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and growth.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring they align with our brand and attract potential buyers.
• Manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to guide strategic decisions, keeping our team ahead of industry shifts.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and promote continuous professional development within the company.

Qualifications:

• We're looking for an organized, polished, and confident team player with 3+ years of experience and an active real estate license (preferred) who has supported another agent or team and is ready to elevate their career.
• Emotional intelligence, clear communication, and attentive listening are essential to this role, along with the capacity to manage many moving pieces without losing sight of the details.
• You're tech-savvy, know your strengths are in supporting others, and thrive when helping your team succeed, all while enjoying inspiring views of mid-century modern architecture.
