Community Music Instructor

Salary/Position Classification

• 38.00 hourly Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 5 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Teach private instrument lessons through the UND community music program.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Teach private lessons to community members under the instruction of the Masters of Music Professions.
• Select music for lessons

Required Competencies

• Ability to teach private music lessons

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors of Music
• Enrolled in UND Masters of Music Program
• Studying Pedagogy
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
