Account ManagerAccount ManagerTriumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is hiring an Account Manager for our Orlando, FL office.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems for customers, works diligently to understand client needseven before they doand takes a proactive approach to anticipating future challenges. Our unique culture fosters growth, development, education, and creativity.Responsibilities:Manage a book of business from existing clientsDrive sales of environmental waste management, disposal, and other Triumvirate services to new and existing clientsLead and coordinate routine services between customer and TEI.Cross-sell new, repeat, and reoccurring services to your assigned customer base.Assist your customers with key projects to help them stay in compliance.Originate new business opportunities from referrals and networking.Learn and apply the Sandler Consultative sales methodology effectively.Act as a consultative trusted liaison between clients and internal teams, solving problems and coordinating services to meet client needsCoordinate job scope and proposal creation for new business.Collect purchase orders to ensure timely payment of invoices. Additionally, assist in the collection of outstanding invoicesBuild and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retentionQualify prospects, set appointments, and actively pursue new business opportunitiesNetwork within your customer's organization to build relationships and trust, producing referralsDeliver a "WOW" experience for both internal and external customersStay updated with industry trends, market changes, competitors, and continuous improvement initiativesAssist with Service Recovery triage and develop new procedures to prevent issues from recurring.Entertain customers as needed.Basic Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field.2-5 years of experience in the environmental services industry or a related field with prior sales experienceDemonstration of positive attitude, strong passion for sales, and a high level of motivationMust be a team player with a commitment to succeedEssential qualities include a strong focus on goals, creativity, organization, and excellent communication skillsExperience in facilities managementProven track record of selling to healthcare, higher education, life sciences, or industrial clientsAbility to attend client outings and networking events as neededMust be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorshipMust have a reliable form of transportationPreferred Requirements:Prior experience working at Triumvirate EnvironmentalSandler Sales Training or similar sales training preferredBesides Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, we contribute to a 401k, offer a generous tuition reimbursement program, TONS of safety training for some positions with opportunities for external trainings and certifications, Mentorship & Career Succession Planning, Relocation Opportunities, Auto/Home insurance discounts, pet assistance discount plans, discounted movie passes & more!Triumvirate Environmental is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
