Print Production Specialist

Job Title

The role is dedicated to managing a high-volume retail print center while supporting the Senior Site Manager in leading a team of four additional FTEs.

Candidates must have hands-on print production experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with both operational and leadership responsibilities. Office experience is required. The candidate able to lift 50 pound boxes, able to stand for long periods of time.

• Retail or commercial print shop experience
• Wide-format printing expertise
• Lamination experience
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Fiery experience
• Strong troubleshooting and production management skills
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience

Target candidates from FedEx Office, UPS Store print centers, AlphaGraphics, Minuteman Press, Staples Print & Marketing, or similar print production environments. The hiring manager is looking for an employee with strong expertise in Microsoft applications, file formatting, graphic design, and document production. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), have experience working with various file formats (PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.), and possess the ability to create, edit, and prepare high-quality graphics, images, and print-ready files. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and large-format printing or high production environments is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.
