Optimal Home Care is looking for a Personal Trainer to work hand-in-hand with our nurses and therapist in senior living communities!
Help Seniors Stay Strong. Active. Independent.Do you believe fitness has the power to change lives? At Optimal Home Care, we're looking for an energetic, compassionate Personal Trainer to work hand-in-hand with our nurses and therapists in senior living communities. This is not a traditional gym position—it's an opportunity to improve the lives of older adults every day.
What You'll Do· Lead engaging group fitness classes.
· Provide one-on-one fitness coaching.
· Develop individualized strength, balance, and mobility programs.
· Collaborate with nurses and therapists.
· Support wellness events and resident education.
· Help seniors maintain independence and reduce fall risk.
We're Looking for Someone Who Is· Passionate about older adults.
· Positive, energetic, and compassionate.
· A strong communicator and team player.
· Organized and dependable.
Requirements:Qualifications:
· Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
· Current CPR/BLS certification.
· At least one year of training experience.
· Experience with seniors preferred.
