The Role

OpenTrain is seeking an Executive Presentation Review & Reconstruction Consultant for a high-impact AI training project. You will receive business slide images and accurately reconstruct them in Microsoft PowerPoint while improving visual structure, data visualization, content coherence, and storytelling impact.

You will also create detailed reasoning logs that document each slide change and explain the decisions behind your work. The role requires strong judgment in executive communication, including message hierarchy, action-oriented titles, exhibit selection, and consulting-style logic.

• Pay: $150-$350 USD per hour

• Experience listing: Entry level, with a minimum of 2 years of required client-facing consulting experience

What You’ll Do

You will transform slide images into polished, editable PowerPoint presentations and assess whether the resulting content communicates its intended message clearly. Your written reasoning should make every revision transparent and defensible.

• Receive business slide images and reconstruct them accurately in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Enhance visual structure, data visualization, and storytelling impact for executive-level presentations
• Draft thorough reasoning logs documenting every slide change and its rationale
• Apply best practices in executive communication, including message hierarchy and action titles
• Use horizontal and vertical logic to improve presentation structure and flow
• Edit and restructure written and visual slide content for coherence
• Align deliverables with management consulting methodology and transparency standards

Required Qualifications

This role is designed for professionals who can combine consulting judgment, presentation craftsmanship, and clear written analysis. Applicants must be able to explain and defend their choices about messaging, titles, and visual exhibits.

• At least 2 years of client-facing experience at a major management consulting firm
• Proven expertise building, reviewing, and storylining executive presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
• A strong portfolio showing visual storytelling, content editing, and slide reconstruction for C-level audiences
• Fluency explaining and defending decisions about messaging hierarchy, action-oriented titles, and exhibit choices
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking in design and written analysis
• Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills
