The Jay Briscoe Insurance Agency in Auburn, CA is looking for motivated professionals to join our Agent Development Program (ADP). This structured, 6-8 month mentorship is designed for high-performing individuals ready to transition from sales or service into long-term leadership roles within the Farmers Insurance network.
- Hands-on Mentorship: Receive direct training from an experienced agency leader in sales, marketing, and team management.
- Career Pathing: Graduates of this program are eligible for advanced opportunities, including agency management or executive-level tracks.
- Practical Experience: Build a foundation for leading a high-performing office and managing client portfolios.
- W-2 position with a base salary + commission + bonus opportunities
Responsibilities
- Prospect and follow up with leads through phone, email, and local networking
- Conduct insurance consultations and quote personalized coverage options
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales goals set by the agency
- Learn the fundamentals of running a successful insurance business
Requirements
- Active or ability to obtain Property Casualty and Life Health licenses
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Previous sales or business experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term career growth
- Commitment to full-time training and professional development
