The Construction Manager leads construction and renovation projects across a mixed portfolio of unit make-readies, interior renovations, and capital improvements. Reporting to a regional leader, this role oversees local property visits, scopes work, prepares bids, schedules crews, and manages projects through completion while maintaining quality, budget, and timeline standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct walkthroughs at local properties to scope make-readies, renovations, repairs, and capital improvements.
• Prepare accurate bids and estimates for labor, materials, and project timelines.
• Schedule and supervise construction crews across multiple properties.
• Manage projects from start to finish, tracking progress and resolving delays.
• Inspect completed work and perform quality-control sign-offs.
• Procure materials and manage costs within approved budgets.
• Maintain job records, photos, schedules, and completion documentation.
• Provide project updates to regional, property, and leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with construction estimating and bid preparation.
• Multifamily construction or renovation experience.
• Strong project scheduling and budget-management skills.
• Experience with quality control and materials procurement.
• Proven ability to supervise construction crews or field teams.
• Ability to communicate bilingually.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential or multifamily construction experience.
• Valid driver's license.
