Now hiring for an Inventory Clerk in Mason, OH. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management by maintaining precise counts of all parts and supplies. This role is crucial in supporting the company's operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Duties:

• Maintain an accurate count of all parts and supplies within the inventory.
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of inventory items.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory needs are met.
• Stand for extended periods while conducting inventory checks and audits.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
• Report any inventory issues or concerns to management promptly.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is beneficial.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or order fulfillment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as an Inventory Clerk.

Physical Capabilities:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
