You earn a base pay plus performance-based incentives , with realistic annual earnings between $45,000 and $52,000 . QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME OUR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of auto parts and mechanical systems
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a dealership, service shop, or retail parts store
• Experience using CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, or OEM parts database software
• Customer service experience
• Familiarity with parts catalogs and inventory systems
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to speak Spanish and English

SCHEDULE:

Your schedule runs from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm with rotating Saturdays, giving you consistency during the week and built‑in balance with Sundays always off.

WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:

As our Automotive Service Advisor, you serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their entire service visit, welcoming them, listening to their concerns, and documenting vehicle issues with accuracy and care. You translate technical findings into clear, easy‑to‑understand recommendations, present service options with transparency, and help customers feel confident in their decisions. You stay in close communication with technicians to monitor progress, provide updates, and keep repairs moving efficiently. Every repair order, estimate, approval, and invoice is documented carefully in the DMS to ensure a smooth, professional experience from drop‑off to delivery.
