Sr. Business Analyst, Lead

Salary: $156,000 - 176,800 per year Requirements:

• At least 7 years of business analyst experience, preferably in IT services or software delivery
• Strong ability to gather and elicit requirements using a range of methods
• Skill in analyzing information from multiple sources and turning it into clear, actionable requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with business and technical audiences
• Demonstrated experience leading a project or group
• Solid knowledge of business process and workflow analysis
• Familiarity with requirements or project management tools is preferred
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle is preferred
• A relevant certification, such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, is preferred

• Serve as the main link between our clients and software development team, translating business goals into documented functional, system, and process requirements
• Gather requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process reviews, workflow analysis, and use cases
• Assess information from multiple sources to understand clients requests and underlying needs
• Convert business needs into detailed application and operational requirements for the development team
• Create and maintain thorough documentation to keep clients and technical teams aligned
• Lead projects or working groups by coordinating tasks, schedules, and stakeholders
• Work with clients to validate requirements and confirm that delivered solutions meet their business objectives

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to guide analysis efforts and provide project leadership. The role requires onsite work at our Bellevue, Washington office 50% of the time.
