Sourcing Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in supply chain and procurement services, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join their team. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of the Sourcing department supporting procurement and supplier management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience and will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sourcing Specialist Pay Rate: $39.13 Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm What's the Job? Assist the Sourcing Manager(s) with supplier and cost management activities. Support the creation and management of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and analyze related data. Conduct total cost and comparative analysis across products or suppliers to identify efficiencies and savings opportunities. Develop models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic business decisions. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, with experience in Word and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
