ZeroTrust Engineer

DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Conditional Access & Zero Trust Security Consultant to support a strategic cybersecurity initiative focused on strengthening application security, reducing organizational attack surface, and minimizing blast radius in the event of account compromise. This individual will partner closely with security architects, application owners, and business stakeholders to evaluate and implement Conditional Access and Zero Trust controls across critical enterprise applications.This role is highly collaborative and requires a blend of technical expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, identity security, and stakeholder engagement.Additional Skills & QualificationsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, or Cloud Security.Hands-on experience administering and implementing:Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Conditional Access PoliciesMulti-Factor Authentication (MFA)Identity GovernanceB2B/B2C Identity SolutionsStrong understanding of Zero Trust security principles and architecture.Experience securing enterprise SaaS, cloud, and federated applications.Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, including:SAMLOAuthOpenID Connect (OIDC)Federation ServicesExperience analyzing authentication, access, and security logs.Ability to work directly with technical and business stakeholders.Strong documentation and communication skills.Experience LevelExpert LevelJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of North Chicago, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
