Position Overview The Shift Leader is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the guidelines of the company. The Shift Leader is considered a \"Manager In Training\". Responsibilities Manage restaurant operations effectively and efficiently within company guidelines. Serve as Manager In Training. Interact with guests, staff, and management. Open and close the restaurant according to Hungry Howie's standards, supervising team member performance. Oversee setup, food preparation, and cleaning processes. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies. Qualifications At least two years of experience in the quick service industry. Benefits & Opportunities Bonus available to all crew members.
