Pediatric LVN

Pay: $36 - $38 per hour

Schedule: Monday Friday

Shift Hours: 06:00 AM 02:00 PM

MUST have LVN license in order to apply with OVER ONE YEAR of experience .

Maxim Healthcare in Merced, CA is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with a Pediatric patient who is dependent on G tube, Trach and Ventilator.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
