Advance Services Inc. has openings with a non-profit organization. Great starting pay, HUGE advancement opportunity, and a great company to kick start your career. Must be able to work in an office environment. This position's primary function is to assist adults with disabilities in achieving their maximum level of independence.
Job Duties
- Answer phones, direct calls and take messages.
- Greet visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate office machines such as computers, printers, scanners, copiers and phone system.
- Communicate with consumers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions.
- General office duties such as copying, making files and filing.
- Create and maintain a Loan closet inventory.
- Clean/sanitize all equipment when donated or returned.
- Perform preventative maintenance or service, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.
Pay: $17.00 Per Hour Shift: 1st 8:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday Location: Loveland, CO
