Luminator is seeking a Repair Supervisor that is responsible for diagnosing, testing, and repairing complex electronic equipment that keeps our transit systems moving. In this role, you'll apply your expertise in electronic systems, troubleshooting, and test software to identify root causes, restore functionality, and ensure every unit meets our quality standards. You will oversee the full repair workflow from hands-on fault isolation to maintaining detailed equipment performance logs, including repairs, calibrations, and test results. As a frontline leader, you will train, mentor, and develop repair technicians, ensuring consistent execution, technical growth, and operational excellence across the team. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and is passionate about building strong, capable teams. Qualifications/Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing required.
• Proven experience in production assembly or a related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and training capabilities.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and RMR procedures.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with other Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Teams, and Word preferred.
• Prior experience with ERP environments (e.g. Syteline) required

Education High School Diploma required. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
