Huron's Enterprise Solutions team is comprised of business-minded technology professionals responsible for the ongoing optimization of our portfolio through product strategy, solution delivery, and support. Our team partners closely with business stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities to drive efficiency and create real outcomes for our business. The Enterprise portfolio focuses primarily on Workday and includes integrations with various supporting and complementary solutions. HCM TAP Analyst Responsibilities: Serve as a Workday HCM Product Analyst with primary responsibility for the Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll modules. Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and optimize configurations across Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and related Workday modules. Partner with stakeholders across Human Resources, Benefits, Resource Management, Operations, and other business functions to identify needs and deliver effective solutions. Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll functionality to support business objectives and improve user experience. Prepare and manage mass data updates and bulk data loads, including year-end processing activities. Collaborate with PSA, Finance, Reporting, Integrations, Security, and other cross-functional teams to support existing capabilities and implement new functionality. Lead and support testing, validation, and deployment activities for Workday system releases and enhancements. Troubleshoot system issues, provide production support, and resolve end-user inquiries in a timely manner.
