O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.; Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure staffing during peak hours.; Assist the store manager in hiring, coaching, and evaluating team members.; Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner.; Perform all store opening/closing duties, verify money deposits, and secure the store and delivery vehicles.
