Travel Respiratory Therapist - NICU - Evening/Night Shift
Location: Englewood, CO
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our NICU team for evening and night shifts. You will provide essential respiratory care to critically ill neonates and children in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer breathing treatments and evaluate ventilator settings.
- Perform respiratory assessments and respond to emergencies.
- Collaborate closely with nursing and medical staff for optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must have a minimum of 6 months current RRT experience.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRPNBRC certifications are required.
- Experience in NICU/PEDS and Level 1 Trauma settings is preferred.
