About the Role:
Kids 'R' Kids Keller is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Keller, TX! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement engaging, age-appropriate Pre-K curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages learning and growth
• Observe and document student progress, development milestones, and behavioral observations
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities
• Implement hands-on learning activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support school-wide goals and initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum is high school diploma, CDA or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prior lead teacher experience or working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for working with young children
