Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify your clients' needs
• Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to each client
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Monitor progress through detailed data collection and analysis, adjusting strategies as necessary
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare teams to support client success
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards are met
• Provide caregiver training to promote skill generalization and independence

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Proven experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies
• Strong data analysis and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of ethical and professional practice standards
