- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Proven experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies
- Strong data analysis and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of ethical and professional practice standards
