Learn more at Work location: Tucson, AZ (on-site)Scope: This position will manage the HR function, advice and strategic business partnership for all Quality Operations and other global functions, working with senior leadership to develop and promote the human resources strategies for the organization, and oversee HR functions and staff.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 8 years' experience in H.R. business partnering experience and wide range of HR areas including TA, total reward, engagement. Conducts confidential investigation.Ensures organization follows regulatory requirements within the HR function.Acts as a coach for managers regarding employee relations issues including performance improvement & development plans and progressive discipline.Responds to escalated Human Resource issues including investigation of internal and external complaints.Keeps abreast of current trends, practices, and developments in the profession.
