Customer Advisor - Mazda

Job Summary: As a Customer Advisor for Capistrano Mazda, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the sales of Mazda vehicles. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with them. This full-time, hourly position is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong customer service background. The Sales Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.50 In addition to this base compensation, the position also provides opportunity for commission and incentive compensation without any maximum limitation, depending upon sales and other performance. Some top salespersons average up to $11,000 per month or more in incentive compensation. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand and articulate the features and benefits of Mazda vehicles
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to customers
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Ensure all required paperwork and forms are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and incentives
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service and sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer programs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
