Customer Service Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Location: Tempe, AZ Pay Range: $25.33 What's the Job? Participate in or support low complexity initiatives within Customer Service. Review basic policies, procedures, and tactical issues related to customer support tasks. Provide information and assistance to client personnel in Customer Service. Maintain accurate pipeline management including tracking contact attempts and scheduling calls. Engage in regular feedback sessions to improve pilot programs and customer experience. What's Needed? Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center roles, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education. Ability to exercise judgment within defined parameters and follow guidance from supervisors. Strong organizational skills to manage referrals, follow-ups, and documentation. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus to support diverse customer needs. Comfortable working in an in-office environment with a schedule of three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday).
