Alight Solutions is seeking an associate (HRO Processing Assistant II) to ensure timely and accurate information is delivered to participants, identify process delays, and collaborate with leads to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain client SLA adherence, quality scores, and SOP-driven documentation, while explaining complex plans clearly and driving improvements.
