The Uro‑Oncology team is expanding with roles in commercial, medical affairs, and technical operations. Responsibilities Provide healthcare professionals and decision makers with accurate, unbiased, timely answers to unsolicited requests for information about bladder cancer. Establish scientific and clinical relationships with key opinion leaders and academic centers to expand research and educational opportunities in Uro‑Oncology/Bladder Cancer. Support studies from protocol and budget development to completion for Phase IV and Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs). Provide continuing field scientific support and training for sales and Corporate Account Managers (CAMs). Document and forward reports of adverse events to appropriate personnel. Keep abreast of medical and scientific developments in the assigned therapeutic area. Proactively report competitive activities and events that could influence product use. Develop and deliver scientific/educational programs, including formulary presentations for managed care and related organizations. Assist Medical Affairs and agency personnel in developing presentations and slide kits. Participate in advisory boards, speaker training events, clinical investigator meetings, and regional, national, and international meetings when required. Assist in processing field requests for medical education funding. Attend key medical and scientific conferences, staff medical information booths, gather competitive intelligence, and attend scientific sessions. Requirements Doctorate degree (D.V.M., M.D., Ph.D., or Pharm.D.) in biological sciences. Minimum of 2 years previous MSL experience. Experience in Uro‑Oncology, Urology, or Oncology required as a practicing MSL. Ability to apply technical expertise to diverse situations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Working knowledge of FDA and Office of Inspector General requirements, clinical trial design, and statistics. Teamwork skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues. Networking skills and confidence to interact with senior experts. Critical data analysis skills. Willingness to keep up‑to‑date with scientific literature. High emotional intelligence to work effectively with stakeholders. Represents the organization as a prime field medical contact. Physical Requirements Field‑based role. Willingness to travel 60% or more of the time. Location Parsippany, New Jersey Compensation and Benefits Base salary ranges from $174,900 to $200,000, with additional annual incentive compensation targets for bonus eligibility. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, short‑ and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellness benefits, tuition reimbursement, mandatory sick time (1 hour per 30 hours worked), vacation accrual up to 120 hours in the first four years and 160 hours in the fifth year, 15 paid holidays, and paid parental leave subject to minimum employment period.
