Explain available coverage options and answer customer questions with professionalism.
Conduct appointments via Zoom or phone with individuals who have requested information.
Verify customer information and accurately complete enrollment applications.
Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
Follow all company guidelines, compliance standards, and licensing requirements.
Attend virtual training sessions, coaching meetings, and team development events.
Meet individual performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
