Schedule

40 hours per week, rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Active Hawaii License to practice.
• General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 0.0

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care and counseling to patients.
• Ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust medication therapy as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
