Como operador de maquinaria pesada, manejarás rebanadoras de pan y prepararás productos horneados para envasado y exhibición. El puesto implica mantener la calidad del producto, cumplir con las normas de seguridad alimentaria y apoyar las operaciones de la panadería. Siguiendo todas las directrices de seguridad y especificaciones del trabajo para garantizar que los productos se completen de forma segura y puntual. También realizarás y registrarás el mantenimiento regular de tu equipo, informarás de inmediato de cualquier defecto o problema y mantendrás el equipo en buen estado de funcionamiento limpio. El candidato ideal debe trabajar bien en un entorno de equipo y mantener los más altos estándares de seguridad. Responsabilidades Cortar barras de pan usando equipos comerciales de corte Envasar y etiquetar productos panificados Inspeccionar los productos para comprobar su calidad y frescura Mantener la limpieza de los equipos y las áreas de trabajo Seguir las directrices de seguridad y saneamiento alimentario Ayudar a los panaderos y al personal de panadería según sea necesario Reponer estanterías o preparar pedidos para los clientes Monitorizar el funcionamiento de la máquina e informar de problemas de mantenimiento Cualificaciones Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno acelerado Atención al detalle Conocimientos básicos de prácticas de seguridad alimentaria Capacidad para levantar pesas moderadas y estar de pie durante largos periodos Trabajo en equipo y habilidades de comunicación Se prefiere experiencia previa en panadería o restauración, aunque a menudo no es obligatoria #J-18808-Ljbffr Knickerbocker 365, Inc.
