Requirements Certifications: BLS & ACLS required Experience: Minimum 2+ years RN experience Strong adaptability and willingness to float between departments Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care in a variety of units depending on patient needs and staffing. Adapt quickly to different workflows, policies, and patient populations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
