Workday Developer

Overview Insight Global is seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Developer. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, deployed as a Software as a Service (SaaS). You'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing ERP functionalities, integrating third-party products and supporting related interfaces and solutions. Responsibilities Owns the technical components of the ERP application development lifecycle management. Creates and maintains complex integrations and interfaces between ERP and other applications. Builds and maintains APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for seamless integration with other systems. Analyzes business needs and translate them into technical specifications, develop, test and deploy changes. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to gather requirements and design solutions. Oversees and manages ERP related projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Provides technical support for troubleshooting issues, conducts monthly data backups, refreshes lower environments, and monitors production jobs for ERP solutions. Creates custom extensions, modifications, and integrations with ERP solutions including data manipulation, workflows, and user interfaces. Performs data mapping to ensure data consistency and format compatibility between the ERP and integrated systems. Develops advanced, custom, and matrix reports using ERP solution Report Writer. Designs solutions considering performance, scalability, and maintainability, creating technical documentation to guide development. Plans and executes unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to identify and resolve issues. Maintains and supports ERP non-production environments. Performs required maintenance activities related to ERP solutions, components and supporting services. Performs platform upgrades to ERP solutions. Stays up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies related ERP solutions Space. Required Skills & Experience Three (3) or more years in implementing or maintaining ERP solutions. Workday HCM or relevant Workday technical certification preferred. Knowledge of Software Development Methodologies. Demonstrated experience with Workday HCM. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
