Salary: $43,472 - 43,472 per year Requirements:

• We require a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• We need someone who can learn and follow facility access controls, visitor and vendor logging, and basic safety procedures.
• We are looking for familiarity with inventory systems and established inventory practices.
• We need working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• We prefer experience in office support and customer service.
• We prefer experience using digital documentation platforms such as Confluence, Jira, or SharePoint.
• We need the ability to read and interpret facility documents, including work orders, safety checklists, maintenance instructions, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
• We need strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• We need the ability to maintain accurate records for inspections, equipment inventory, chemical tracking, and document version control.
• We need familiarity with occupational safety standards and emergency preparedness practices.
• We need strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• We require appropriate availability, and hours may exceed 40 per week, especially when traveling.

• We monitor and track building access, including verifying identification and authorization for vendors.
• We assist with facility work orders and service requests, track progress, and follow up as needed.
• We conduct routine inspections of shared equipment, tools, and facility infrastructure using checklists, then document and address findings.
• We maintain and update the chemical inventory, including expiration checks, disposal coordination, and quarterly Safety Data Sheet reviews.
• We identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues during facility walkthroughs, including emergency access, fire extinguishers, and first aid readiness.
• We support facility infrastructure upgrades by coordinating service providers.
• We maintain accurate inventory of general-use equipment, shared tools, and items stored in designated areas.
• We coordinate the proper disposal or recycling of obsolete, damaged, or excess equipment and materials.
• We help keep the facility clean, organized, and orderly, including common areas and storage rooms.
• We assist in developing and maintaining visual aids for space planning, workspace organization, and safety guidance.
• We maintain the facilitys digital resource space, ensuring procedures, checklists, and inventory records remain accessible.
• We manage version control and timely updates for SOPs and other facility documents.
• We help prepare and update Emergency Response Plans and support audits, safety drills, inspections, and facility documentation.
• We relay updates between the Facilities Operations Manager, program managers, and department team members as directed.
• We assist with arranging services and procurement of supplies through external vendors, service providers, and community members.
• We perform additional duties as needed to support successful operations.

We are hiring a Temporary Operations Support Clerk for a full-time, non-exempt on-site role in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with Monday-to-Friday presence and occasional travel.
